About the Practitioner: Priscilla McCoy

With over 24 years of experience in nursing, Priscilla McCoy has spent the majority of her career caring for patients in doctors’ offices and hospitals. But everything changed after the COVID-19 pandemic. Witnessing the toll it took on her patients, her loved ones, and the healthcare system as a whole, Priscilla began to see her calling in a new light.

When a close family member developed serious health issues, she made the life-changing decision to step away from her job to provide care and support. During that time, she began to ask herself a powerful question:
"What else can I do to help people—not just when they’re sick, but BEFORE they ever get there?"

That search led her to health and life coaching. After diving deep into the world of preventive health and personal wellness, she knew she had found her purpose.

Today, Priscilla combines her clinical expertise with compassionate coaching to empower individuals to take charge of their health, overcome emotional eating, reduce stress, and live longer, fuller lives. Instead of treating illness, she now helps people stay well—and stay out of the hospital.

The 12-week coaching program was fantastic and delivered results! The built-in accountability was crucial to success, driving results. Discussing the barriers that hindered progress provided clarity and direction. Priscilla's positivity and the program's resources, including sessions with a personal trainer, were instrumental. Faced with a doctor's recommendation for blood pressure medication, an alternative approach was needed. This program became that alternative, helping to normalize blood pressure through exercise, increased water intake, and improved eating habits. It also helped achieve weight loss. This program is highly recommended for anyone facing health or personal challenges.

I learned a lot about eating, stressing, consistency, and about accountability during the program. Writing things down helped me to remember what I needed to do. I learned different ways to journal. I liked the program because I could speak my truth without being judged. Priscilla made me feel like someone really cared. I could hear the passion in her voice when she spoke. Everything that she did was on point. I have lose weight and can get a belt around my waist now. My pants are also falling off now!

This was a great program! The program was detailed and organized. It taught me a lot about myself, my eating habits, ways to control my habits, stress control, reading food labels, journaling, etc. I learned that if I don’t correct my behaviors now it can cause long term problems mentally and physically. My energy level increased drastically. I used to be borderline diabetic. My A1C level decreased and became normal. I lose weight. My coach Priscilla was awesome! I can go on and on about how great the program was! I just want to say that I had an awesome experience, and my coach Priscilla is one of the best!
